Alkhai respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, request an analysis, or engage us for services, and what we do with it.
Through this website, we may collect: contact information you provide (name, work email, company, role); information about your visit (browser type, pages viewed, referrer) via privacy-respecting analytics; and any information you include in messages you send to us. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, schedule scoping conversations, and send relevant follow-ups (only if you opt in). Site-analytics data is used solely to understand usage patterns and improve the site itself.
Data shared with us during engagements is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed for that engagement. It is processed only for the purposes set out in the SOW, and only inside controlled environments. Sensitive client data is never processed through external AI models. See Trust & Security for the full processing standards.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with subprocessors strictly necessary for engagement delivery (e.g., hosting), each of whom is held to equivalent security and privacy obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@alkhai.com. We will respond within applicable legal timelines.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law or contract. Engagement data retention is set out in the engagement DPA.
We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. See Trust & Security for our processing standards, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit-ready logging.
Where personal information is transferred across jurisdictions, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and ensure equivalent levels of protection.
Our services are intended for organizations and their employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and dated below.
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to privacy@alkhai.com.
For engagement-specific privacy or data-protection terms, the executed DPA controls and supplements this policy.
