Alkhai Intelligence LLC (“Alkhai,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is the entity responsible for the personal data described here. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, request an analysis, or engage us for services, and what we do with it.
Through this website, we may collect: contact information you provide (name, work email, company, role); and any information you include in messages you send to us. We also count anonymous steps through our free assessment — which stage was reached and which question number, tied to a random per-visit identifier that is not linked to your contact record or answers. We use no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies for measurement, and we do not build a profile of your visit or track you across other websites.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver the assessment you requested, follow up with you about your results, and schedule scoping conversations. We also use the business contact details you give us to send you the Alkhai briefing, described below. We do not sell your information or use it to build advertising profiles or track you across other sites. Service-provider sharing is described below.
If you give us your business email through this site — including by completing an assessment — we may send you the Alkhai briefing: roughly one email every two weeks covering what we are finding in the operations we work in, what we have built or changed, and how the company is developing. We may also write to you about the results of an assessment you completed. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe and our postal address, and we act on unsubscribe requests immediately. Unsubscribing has no effect on your report, your assessment results, or any engagement, and you can opt out at any time by writing to hello@alkhai.com. We never buy, rent, sell, or append contact lists, and we do not send to anyone who has asked us to stop.
The free assessment uses your questionnaire answers and may read your company’s public website to prepare an initial estimate. When AI-assisted reporting is enabled, your company information and answers are processed by our configured AI service provider, which may include Anthropic. We use Resend to deliver request confirmations and assessment emails. Please do not include confidential records, customer details, passwords, or sensitive personal information in the assessment. An in-progress assessment, including your contact details and answers, is saved in this browser so you can resume. Saved progress is cleared when you finish or start over, and expired progress is removed when you return after seven days. You can also clear it through your browser’s site-storage settings.
Data shared with us during engagements is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed for that engagement. It is processed only for the purposes set out in the SOW, and only inside controlled environments. Sensitive engagement data is never processed through external AI models. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with subprocessors strictly necessary for engagement delivery (e.g., hosting), each of whom is held to equivalent security and privacy obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@alkhai.com. We will respond within applicable legal timelines.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law or contract. Engagement data retention is set out in the engagement DPA.
We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. See Trust & Security for our processing standards, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit-ready logging.
Where personal information is transferred across jurisdictions, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and ensure equivalent levels of protection.
Our services are intended for organizations and their employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and dated below.
